Professional Experience:
Michael Olujic has over 16+ years in the gaming industry serving as Principal to Palace Hospitality, GM to Tachi Palace Casino Resort; CEO of Kewadin Casinos; GM of Gila River Gaming Enterprises; GM/CEO North Star Mohican Casino Resort; and CFO of Oneida Nation of Indians of Wisconsin.

Personal Experience:
Mr. Olujic received his MBA from Marquette University and Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University. Olujic has the ability and drive to rebrand properties, revitalize brands, and implement refreshed casino experience large or small.

Jack Gerwe

Finance

Professional Experience:
Jack Gerwe is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California for over 40 years. He has specialized in financial management in Manufacturing, Food Services, Security and Hospitality industries.

Personal Experience:
Raised and schooled in the Midwest and a graduate of Notre Dame University. Mr. Gerwe is a Husband, Father and Grandfather. He has been a resident of the Central Valley for over 30 years and is very familiar with the local environment and economy.

Jacob Jeff

Gaming

Professional Experience:
Jacob Jeff has 20+ years of Gaming Experience from Operations to Regulations. For the past 18+ years has been the Slot Director for the Tachi Palace Casino Resort.

Personal Experience:
Mr. Jeff is a Tribal Member of the Santa Rosa Rancheria. He was raised on the Rancheria and has built a strong leadership foundation with his department creating and optimization planning of slot operations.

Armondo Ambriz

Construction & Facilities

Professional Experience:
Armondo Ambriz has 25 years of Gaming industry experience in Facilities and Utilities areas. The last 4 years spent as the Director of Facilities to the Tachi Palace Casino Resort. Mr. Ambriz has overseen in house construction and facilitated project management on remodels and builds onsite.

Personal Experience:
Mr. Ambriz is a Central California native born and raised. He has extensive experience from the ground up on casino builds from sprung structures to brick and mortar.

Jay Yates

Food & Beverage

Professional Experience:
Jay Yates has served as Tachi Palace Casino Resort’s Food and Beverage Director for the past 14 years, overseeing a staff of 400 and showcasing his culinary talents through the opening of a variety of restaurants throughout the casino. He first came to Tachi Palace as Executive Chef in April 2006.

Personal Experience:
Jay Yates food and beverage journey began in culinary school at Louisiana Tech and serving as a fry cook, before working his way up to running a local restaurant. Yates’ experience also includes serving in various positions including cook and eventually Chef de Cuisine at the Isle of Capri Casino also in Louisiana.
